Shipping policy

At Gourmet Oven, everything is made fresh to order. We take pride in quality and freshness, so we ship with care and intention.

• Turnaround Time: Orders ship within 7–10 business days from the order date.

• Shipping Days: We ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to prevent any delays over the weekend.

• Shipping Area: Currently, we ship only within the state of Florida.

• Shipping Cost: Shipping is always free—no codes or minimums required.

• Refrigeration Notice: Cafecito Fudge Brownie Bombs and Karen’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Bangin’ Buckeyes require immediate refrigeration upon delivery.  

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, so please keep an eye on your tracking for updates.
